1. Gran Turismo 4 because it was fun to put so many hours into improving your lap times and comparing it with friends online.

2. Top Spin- The best realistic tennis game in recent history. If you are really into tennis then Top Spin is the game for you, I think they're up to number 3 already.

3. Sonic 2- The game is just so much fun, tails can't fly in it but it is still better than the sequals.

4. Shenmue- My favorite adventure game of all time. Ryo's like a detective trying to find his dad's killer. It was a great Sega Game, nuff said.

5. Ico- just amazing puzzles and adventure. Mario is always searching for the princess but Ico has found Yorda from the start and is not letting her go without a fight...

6. Spiderman- This game was the reason I wanted the Sega Genesis so badly after playing it at toys'R us near christmas that year. I got it eventually and it was fun web slinging and wall crawling... Plus you get to face Venom up front... its awesome

7. Final FantasyX- I loved 8,9, and 10. Devil May Cry was the first game I played for the Ps2 but Final Fantasy X is the first one I bought. I had so much fun as Tidus and Auron.

8. NBA 2K1- Damn man I miss Iverson on the cover of those games... at that time those graphics were the best of any sports game out. Honorable mention: NBA Live 2000 was great, it even had M. Jordan in it.

9. Soul Calibur 2- The best of the series. We had epic battles back in the dorms with this game and Heiachi Mishima, in the ps2 version, had no weapon, how bada*s is that.

10. Resident Evil 2- From start to finish it was a blast to play. Not as scary as Silent Hill, which was good... I kept wanting to finish the game to learn more and I did.

Honorable mention: Shadow of the Colossus, Gears of War, Halo2, Tomb Raider 2, Capcom vs. SNK2, Max Payne, Legend of Zelda the wind waker, Super Mario Bros.3, Streets of Rage, Metal Gear Solid, Street Fighter 2 & 3... and many more that I can't remember.
